Student-athletes interested in football for next season are encouraged to start our off-season weight lifting program the day we get back from break. We will lift Mon-Thurs from 6:00-7:00 am in HC. We will also have open gym football on Sunday afternoons starting after the break.
In-season athletes are encouraged to come as well. We can put together in-season workouts even if it's not all 4 days. Coach Izzo is putting together a workout plan for his basketball players to attend and follow.
This Sundays skills and drills are canceled because of a basketball tournament.
